What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit — name, email address, phone number, postcode, property type and message.
• Information gathered during a survey, including property details and electricity consumption data you share with us.
• Basic technical data such as pages visited, where analytics are enabled.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation — our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To perform a contract where you proceed with an installation.
• To meet legal obligations, including building control notification and grid connection applications.

Who we share it with

We share data only where necessary to deliver your installation — with NIE Networks for grid applications, building control, and our payment and IT providers. We do not sell your data or pass it to third-party marketing companies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 24 months. Installation records are retained for the life of the warranty plus six years, to meet insurance and statutory requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. Contact us at hello@b9renewables.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website uses only essential cookies required for it to function. We count page visits and quote requests with Umami, a cookieless analytics service that does not identify you, so no cookie banner is needed.
